We work with people of all ages. We see individuals, couples and families, and we offer groups for preteens and teens. Things that have often been helpful include, but aren’t limited to, talking (and attentive listening), relaxation techniques, mindfulness, EMDR, hypnosis, Brainspotting, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Focused yoga, Attachment Focused EMDR, and Emotional Focused Therapy.

At this time of pain in America, we are witnessing unprecedented widespread protests. The generational trauma that has plagued our country dating back to1896, of systemic racial and social injustice of the African American/Black/Brown population has given rise to the current social justice movement.
