Pat Johnson, MA, LMFT, OTR/L

Pat takes a holistic approach to working with clients. Her unique background of being a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an Occupational Therapist provides two different lenses in which she approaches the needs of her clients. Pat has over 30 years of experience working as a therapist and has worked in the area of domestic violence for 9 ½ years.

Rose Caplan, Intern

Rose believes that therapy involves working collaboratively with clients to bring out their innate self-knowledge and ability to heal. When people are given room to be curious about themselves and their stories, they can find the power to shape their lives. She enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds, exploring the ways that gender, race, sexuality, ethnic background, and other identity intersections impact how we interact with the world. She has specific interest in providing neurodivergent- and LGBTQIA+ -affirming care.
Alexanne McKee, Intern

Alexanne believes that meaningful growth occurs when individuals feel safe enough to be seen as they are. She strives to create a collaborative, supportive space where clients can explore their interpersonal relationships, lived experiences, and sense of identity. She has a particular interest in working with couples, individuals, relationship concerns, women’s issues, anxiety, depression, and adjustments to major life transitions.
Jaiden Pangier, MA

Jaiden believes that every person has the innate ability to heal. She is passionate about holding a space for those who need a safe, secure environment to explore their goals, share their story and expand their sense of self. Jaiden uses a family system’s framework and believes that creating a support network is as vital to the healing process as the air you breathe. She is interested in working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents regardless of race, gender or sexuality.
Rachel Thelemann, MA, LMFT

Rachel believes that healing is an inward process. Through the process of being curious and empathetic, one can integrate and expand a sense of self. She believes we learn about ourselves through our relationships and understands the feelings that arise are an opportunity for growth.
Gail Yost, MA, LMFT-S/Somatic Psychotherapist

Maintaining a safe haven for you to share your story is Gail’s top priority. She feels honored to be a part of your journey in creating meaningful connections. Gail graduated from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is certified in Clinical Hypnosis and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

Jason believes everyone has an innate power to change, grow, and heal. Utilizing a collaborative strengths-based approach, his humor, compassion, and non-judgemental stance help foster an open and inclusive environment.
