About Gail Yost, MA, LMFT-S/Somatic Psychotherapist
Gail graduated from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a MN Board Approved Supervisor. Gail is Certified in Clinical Hypnosis, Brainspotting, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Gail brings compassion, hope, understanding, and encouragement to her work. Her collaborative therapeutic style allows the client to explore and share their story in a safe and compassionate setting. She feels honored to be a part of this process. People often consult her about depression, anxiety, panic attacks, sexual concerns, and traumatic experiences.
She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Her experience includes working with adolescents in a day treatment setting, intensive in-home therapy with families and facilitating therapy and support groups.
